We start with a basic and understandable business model that has asset security and return on investment attributes. It's the bank! Lending as a business allows investors to secure their capital with collateral and provide a fixed and known rate of return.

PROFIT NOTES® achieves its investment objective of protecting capital and delivering returns by investing in an underlying portfolio of managed receivables from companies with deemed "A" credit ratings or better. Our credit advisor, New Solutions Financial (II) Corporation, provides over 100 cumulative years of banking and lending experience to originate and administer these asset-based loans.

Various layers of protection are involved in creating safety in the loan portfolio:

• Diversification of underlying borrower pool
• Diversification of "A" rated or better quality accounts receivable pool
• Further security by taking additional collateral pledged by the business and business owners assigned by a General Security Agreement (GSA)
• Further credit insurance against account receivable defaults exclusive to New Solutions Capital
